The flannel shirt is a staple of casual wear. The block check pattern is one of the most popular, and Flathead uses an original fabric that combines a block check pattern with a herringbone pattern.In order to create a combination of patterns with different compositions, they made improvements to the old shuttle loom.

Not only the pattern, but also the uneven texture created by the old shuttle loom, and the fabric itself is characterized by its ability to easily absorb air and has excellent heat retention.
