In 2005, Zip Stevenson and Atsusuke Tagaya revived the brand after it was shut down during the 1930s depression. Finding vintage Stevenson Overall Co. jeans in Tokyo sparked their quest. Antique machinery is used to create robust and character-rich garments for the brand. Their collections artfully reimagine historical workwear, incorporating distinctive elements such as distinctive back pockets and meticulous stitching techniques, led by Atsu's creative vision.
