SHIPPING

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout. 

Do I have to pay taxes and import duties?
We ship from Germany. If you are ordering from within the European Union, there are no additional costs.
For customers ordering from outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. Please note that the 19% VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout. Any additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local importing regulations for more information.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note: Pre-Order items are excluded from standard processing times. These items will be shipped within the specific time frame mentioned in the product description and may take 5-14 working days to dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible only before the order has been processed. Pease contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

When will my return be refunded?
As soon as we receive your returned item, we will notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.

Do you offer exchanges?
No, we currently do not offer exchanges. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund. If you'd like a different product, size, or color, please place a new order.

I am not sure about my size - can I get measurements?
Yes! Please contact us and we will gladly provide detailed measurements to help you choose the right size.

My size is sold out. When will it come back in stock?
If your size is sold out, please click the "Notify me when available" button on the product page. You will receive an automatic email as soon as the size is back in stock.
