Red Wing Shoes 3622 Weekender Chukka Copper Rough & Tough

The 3622 Weekender Chukka is the perfect shoe for those who don’t want to skip on a Red Wing during warmer temperatures. Following the successful launch of the Weekender collection in 2016, the 3622 is now part of the updated Weekender model series, manufactured on a new, slightly wider last. Another innovation is the use of Rose Gold eyelets instead of the previously used “blind” eyelets.

The leather of the 3622 is the legendary dark brown Copper Rough and Tough smooth-finished leather, one of the most popular hues in the collection. The predecessor model, style number 3322, in the very same leather, was by far the most successful Weekender model ever. This perfect combination of a Weekender Chukka paired with Copper Rough and Tough leather remains available today.

The Weekender segment extends the Red Wing Heritage collection and impresses with its lightweight, summery look. In addition, the Red Wing Weekender is the first shoe manufactured with a stitch-down construction and a lightweight Hill sole. This model also features the Weekender Ortholite footbed, providing immediate, maximum wearing comfort combined with the proven Red Wing quality. Like all shoes in the Heritage collection, this model is made entirely in the USA using leather from the in-house S.B. Foot Tannery.
