A Vontade VTD-0565-JK Denim Zip Work Jacket Black

Inspired by 1940s store-brand denim jackets, the A Vontade Denim Zip Work Jacket reinterprets classic vintage workwear details with a compact, rounded silhouette.

The design features a distinctive front-top tab, inspired by the construction details originally developed for the early zip fasteners of the period. Additional vintage-inspired details can be found throughout the jacket, including the pocket construction and side tabs.

Rather than reproducing a traditional trucker jacket silhouette, A Vontade has completely reworked the pattern with rounded proportions and a softly structured shape. The body is slightly longer than a conventional Type II/III-style denim jacket, while retaining a compact overall fit.

The balanced proportions make it particularly versatile as a lightweight outer layer in early autumn, while the relatively compact construction also allows it to be worn comfortably as a mid-layer during colder months.

Made from 11.5oz natural slub denim, the fabric has an irregular texture that will develop additional character and fading with wear. Leather details add a subtle contrast to the denim construction.
