The Foxfibre® Yak Blend Knit Flannel combines organically grown extra-long-staple Ultimate Pima cotton, naturally colored Foxfibre® cotton, and soft yak fiber in a custom mélange yarn.
Ultimate Pima cotton contributes exceptional softness, strength, and smoothness, while naturally colored Foxfibre® cotton creates rich earthy tones without conventional dyeing. Yak fiber adds warmth, breathability, and temperature-regulating properties, while its natural brown-grey hues enhance the fabric’s depth and heathered character.
The Tobacco colorway uses more Foxfibre® for a deeper brown tone, while Ash contains more Ultimate Pima cotton for a lighter appearance. Dense knit construction gives the fabric a woven-like look while retaining the flexibility and comfort of a knit. Light brushing adds a substantial, melton-like texture.
Each garment is pre-washed to minimize shrinkage, enhance softness, and provide a broken-in feel from the first wear.
The Field Shirt features a slightly relaxed silhouette designed for layering, with dual chest pockets, a curved workwear-inspired hem, flat-seam construction, and genuine horn buttons.
