This original watch was developed in 1944 when there was no Air Force and it was called USAAF (United States Army Air Forces), which belonged to the Army. M.R.M.W. faithfully reprinted TYPE A-15 in quartz for ease of use. This original A-15 watch was not mass-produced after it passed the test operation. It is said that to get the TYPE A-15 is to chase a phantom! Because it is very rare. there are only 500 pieces in the world. The most distinctive feature of this watch is the rotating rim accumulator linked to the upper and lower crowns. Despite their small size (33 mm in diameter), these two rotating rim accumulators make it possible to display the elapsed time of flight and the time in two different countries.
